Tony Robbins
Role: Designer & Email Developer
Web
I collaborated with the Development team as a User Interface Designer to deliver wireframes and prototypes for landing pages and web page improvements. In this role, I served as a bridge between Design and Development teams, providing insight and suggestions to ensure web pages adhered to brand standards and followed best design practices.

A major part of my role was designing and coding email marketing campaigns for Tony Robbins' brand. These emails promoted events, supplements, the mobile app, and other programs. To increase efficiency, I designed reusable templates that utilized dynamic content tokens, significantly increasing our email output while reducing production time.
Advertisements
I created multi-format advertisements to support event sales, including print postings in San Francisco, digital advertisements for NYCLink wifi stations in New York City, and large-scale building and bus wraps in Miami. These high-visibility campaigns required strategic design thinking, particularly the building and bus wraps, where I adapted messaging for viewers driving past at high speeds, balancing eye-catching visuals with direct, scannable copy within the spatial constraints of each format.

Social
I created graphics, animations, and advertisements for social platforms with 5.3 million followers, including inspirational quotes in Tony's voice, event and product promotions, and editorial support. I developed streamlined design processes that enabled significant increases in both content output and follower growth.

Merchandise
I designed event merchandise for Tony Robbins events, sold domestically and internationally to audiences of 10,000+ attendees. These designs needed to resonate with diverse audiences across different cities and countries while staying within budget constraints. I also created limited-edition merchandise for specific event locations.
Beyond standard event merchandise, I developed specialized branding including "Firewalker" designs to commemorate attendees' fire walks at Unleash the Power Within events and branding for the Tony Robbins Foundation's UPW Youth Leaders program. Each design aligned with its respective initiative while maintaining consistency with the overall company brand.
